Before launching BeSingularity, Beza held several strategic leadership roles. She served as Country Lead for Ethiopia and Uganda at Africa 118 Inc., where she led digital training initiatives such as Google Digital Skills for Africa, impacting thousands of youth. She also worked with Belcash Technology Solutions supporting digital finance services used by over one million customers, and played a key role at Jumia (Kaymu Ethiopia), onboarding more than 3,000 businesses onto Ethiopia’s early e-commerce ecosystem. Beyond entrepreneurship, Beza contributes to national development initiatives, including task forces under the Ethiopian Job Creation Commission and the Ministry of Innovation and Technology, supporting programs such as the Alibaba Netpreneur initiative.
