Raag - Chhayanat Vilambit composition in Tilwada ‘Karat Hoi’ followed by a drut composition in Teental ‘Jhanan Jhanan' From a house concert in Pune on 27 February 1993. Highlights of this track: Panditji's chhayanat was like a bright white light during night. His clarity of notes made it pure and one would be awed by the genuity of the notes he sang. His treatment of nishad, madhyam, pancham in this raaga was like a rubric for the students. The bada khayal mukhda before the sama was different from Arolkarji and did that consciously as he felt it fitted his voice and style of rendering better.
