K.I.S.S. Systems (Keep it Simple and Sustainable)

This webinar explores how sustainability can be achieved through practical, well-coordinated design, and avoid complexity. Drawing from real project examples, the presenters demonstrate how engineers, energy analysts, and commissioning agents work together to deliver high-performance buildings that are easier to construct, operate, and maintain. Rather than relying on cutting-edge systems or unproven technologies, the session highlights how simple, passive, and user-focused strategies lead to more resilient and sustainable outcomes. Learn how passive design can reduce mechanical demand, how controls and phasing can simplify operations on day one and allow for seamless expansion in the future, and how commissioning supports long-term building performance through training and clarity. The webinar is tailored for architects and building owners looking to prioritize performance with a focus on usability or maintainability.
