Somewhere along the way, being busy became a badge of honor. We started treating packed schedules, constant productivity, and exhaustion like proof that we’re doing something right. And Christian culture isn’t immune to it. Sometimes we just put spiritual language around our hustle and call it stewardship. In this episode, we’re talking about the difference between productivity and fruitfulness, why we feel the need to always be doing something, and what might really be underneath our inability to stop. Because sometimes being busy isn’t about responsibility. Sometimes it’s avoidance. We’re also talking about building systems that actually create margin, resisting the urge to fill every available moment with more work, and learning to recognize when you’ve done enough. Because sis, being exhausted is not automatically evidence that you’re being faithful.
