The Faded 2x2 is a strong, beginner-friendly 3–4 man base for Rust Console Edition, taking you step-by-step from a simple 2x2 starter all the way to the finished main base. Designed to be vanilla-friendly and optimal for 2x servers, the Faded 2x2 offers strong online and offline raid protection while keeping upkeep relatively manageable for a 3–4 player group. This base takes inspiration from features and concepts I've seen across multiple Rust base designs. I haven't pioneered the individual building techniques — I've combined features I like into one complete 3–4 man base.
