AI and kids: what should they learn without it?

What should your child hand over to AI, and what do they need to learn for themselves first? I started with China's school AI guidance and a $65,000 private school near me. Reading the sources changed the video I thought I was making. Then I had to look at my own house. My kids are four and two. I use AI, I want them to understand it, and I've already made a mistake trying to bring it into their lives. This is where I've landed for now: skills they've mastered, skills they're still building, and the harder question of what keeps that boundary in place.
