This is part 3 of a 4-part mini-series about the mathematical works of Archimedes and how we can solve the problems using the methods that we have available to us today. In this video, we will be discussing Archimedes' work titled "On the Sphere and Cylinder Volume 1" in which Archimedes discovered the ratio between the volume of a sphere and the volume of a cylinder. We also compare his methods to the methods that we can use today.
