SAP Business One Item Master Data Import using DTW (including UDF/Tags) Item Master Data Import by DTW (Easy Steps): Open DTW. Select Master Data → Items (oItems). Create or download the Item Master template. Fill mandatory fields such as: ItemCode ItemName ItemsGroupCode InventoryItem (Y/N) SalesItem (Y/N) PurchaseItem (Y/N) If you want to import a Tag/UDF, add the UDF column (for example, U_Tag) at the end of the template and enter values. DTW supports importing Item Master UDFs. Save the file as CSV. In DTW, select the CSV file and run Simulation first. If no errors are found, click Import.
