🔴 LIVE Sunday Second Service | Live Online Church Service | City Harvest | August 31, 2025 | 11:30 AM IST | HBR Sermon Outline : UNDERSTAND THE TIMES: THE DAY IS NEAR ROMANS 13:11-14 | PR. CHRISTY ANDREWS God’s righteousness is granted to both Jew and Gentile alike, not on the basis of human works, but on the faithfulness of Christ Jesus, and it is brought to life through the gift of the Spirit. I. Understanding the Urgency (Romans 13:11) * Believers no longer should conform their behavior to the old age, which is passing away. * Rather, they need to live out the values of the new age, to which they belong through Christ. * The present age calls for a sense of urgency in our relationship with God, our witness to the world, and our pursuit of holiness. II. Living as Children of Light (Romans 13:12-13) * Paul encourages us to cast off the works of darkness, which include sinful habits and worldly pursuits. * We must make a conscious effort to remove any barriers hindering our walk with Christ. These are intentional efforts of avoiding what would take us away from the Lord. III. Living in the Spirit of Christ (Romans 13:14) * Paul emphasizes the importance of being clothed with Christ, aligning our thoughts, actions, and desires with His character. * We must actively choose to walk in the Spirit, allowing Him to shape our thoughts, attitudes, and behaviors #live #cityharvest #sundayworshipservice Giving: Click the link to give your Tithes and Offerings: https://rzp.io/l/cityharvestag To join our WhatsApp Broadcast Messages: 1.
