Today I’m down in Grand Isle trying a classic Louisiana roast beef po-boy at Bridge Side Marina. This marina is one of the best spots on the island for food, fishing, and hanging out right on the water. For the next month I’ll be camping here at the marina, exploring everything this place has to offer — from the food and the fishing to everyday life around the docks.
