This is the second of four one hour sessions, focussing on the NEC forms of contract, looking at all aspects of the NEC suite. This session looks at how NEC contracts deal with 'change', with a focus on the procedure and how costs are assessed. The sessions are intended as an introduction for anyone in a role that has an interface with the legal landscape – for example QSs, project managers, and commercial managers and directors – or anyone that needs a refresher on the fundamentals of NEC contracts.
