the reality of being a film student hello everyone, I am aware that this is a lengthier video, but once I get talking, it gets difficult to stop :) I hope that this will be useful to some of you who are looking into studying Film. Please be aware that I answer everything based on my experiences, and I don't have many since I only completed my first year. So, maybe looking back at some of these posts I might answer them completely differently next year! Having said that, this video is for you if you're trying to figure out if you should study Film, if you're wondering what the student life looks like and the pros and cons. Think of this video just as a fresh introduction to some of the questions you might have. I used Reddit posts just so it could get me started, and since it gets me talking deeper about certain topics that I relate to; I figured it would be relatable to you guys as well.
