How a Z Rank Uses Perfect Cell | Dragon Ball Sparking! Zero

I'm happy to see that Perfect Cell actually does have the tools to compete against the meta. I'm glad I have found another character that can slug it out against the big boys and come out on top! Obviously it takes a lot more work than just using MUI Goku or someone of that caliber. But that's what make the victories so much more enjoyable! Have a great day y'all! Y'all look amazing!
