Fireside Chat on the Rite of Passage of MENOPAUSE - 8.17.26

I'm honored to share this discussion with my dear friend and colleague Shelley Short about spiritual gifts, ancestral healing, menopause, and more. This conversation stems from a course I took with Shelley a couple years ago entitled Embody the Sacred Feminine - a feminine journey through the nine Rites of Passage. This course was a powerful journey of embodiment and healing. During this time I created a deep healing ritual with my birthplace, my ancestors, and my own birth experience (together with my mother). I had already transitioned through menopause and created an embodied ritual for myself of that rite of passage, so it was an honor to share about that experience here and with the group of women in the course. Embodiment has been such potent medicine for me in this lifetime. Honestly, as I've integrated embodiment practices into more and more aspects of my life it feels like the medicine most needed for these times.
