Not too long ago I fould a discord community, Full Force Sim, maintaining Assetto Corsa servers/lobbies. They have an "academy", where you can practice during the week, and if you can get to the top 10 in the weekend race, you can win the right to race on the more advanced servers. They also track the skill- and safety-rating of every registered player.
