Rest Here for a While | Gentle Piano in a Rainy Forest

You can pause here. If today has felt a little too loud, stay by the fire for a while. There is nothing you need to finish in this moment, and nothing you need to explain. A quiet green forest, a small fire, and gentle piano to keep you company. Whether you are reading, winding down, or simply taking a breath, you are welcome to stay. If you feel like leaving a thought in the comments, you are welcome to. If you would rather sit quietly, that is welcome too. Please be gentle with one another, and share only what feels comfortable. You are not alone. — from someone who is learning to slow down, too. ABOUT THIS SESSION A short, slow session built around one complete piece, repeated three times with soft transitions. Animated rain is visual only; there are no rain sound effects and no narration.
