High Alps in Spring (offroad): The Veneto Divide ep.3

In this 3rd episode, we had the most epic day we've had on a bike. Two big climbs, the second one on gravel roads up to 1.900 meters. The descent had us on our limits: snow as far as we could see, pushing our bikes for hours, close to steep cliffs (we should maybe have expected that in march). It was an absolute adventure. In the end of march, my neighbour Erik and me went on a big adventure: Off-road bikepacking in the alps, in spring! We rode the route of the Veneto Divide, a famous mountain bike route in the Southern Alps in Italy. We had some of the most intense times of our lives, with near-death experiences on (unsurprisingly) snowy descents and the most beautiful gravel roads you could imagine.
