Beauty in the Dissonance joins Sonic Acres Studios for an in-depth Red Couch interview about songwriting, reconnecting after decades apart, creating their debut music together, working with platinum record producer Barb Morrison, and ultimately recording at the legendary Abbey Road Studios in London. Singer-songwriters Laura Katie and Eric Scott Klein share the unlikely story behind Beauty in the Dissonance — a musical collaboration that began after reconnecting many years after their early days together in New York City. What started with memories, writing and a single song quickly developed into an eight-song project combining elements of Americana, Dream Pop and deeply personal storytelling.
