Shruti Haasan on setting boundaries and asking for help | Twinkle Khanna | Tweak Summit 2026

What happens when Shruti Haasan sits down with Twinkle Khanna? You can expect hilarity and a very good action film reference. The actor and musician talks about learning to set boundaries without the guilt and why she’s the Liam Neeson of emotional confrontation. She also gets real about dropping the victim mindset and why her dad is her biggest supporter. This conversation took place at our anniversary celebration, Tweak Summit 2026 presented by IRTH and CGH Wellness, where Shruti was honoured with the Tweak Torchbearer Award.
