Из Великобритании в Турцию — путешествие начинается!

We’ve packed up our motorhome Dessie, brought Daisy along for the ride, and set off on a journey that will eventually take us south through the Balkans, into Greece and all the way to Turkey. 🚐🐾 This is week one, and our very first attempt at travel vlogging. So expect adventures, beautiful places, history, plenty of things we didn’t plan for and a production that is definitely not polished! 😂 We start by taking Le Shuttle from the UK into France before making our way through Belgium, Luxembourg and into Germany. Along the way we explore beautiful little towns and streets we’d never normally have discovered, visit the incredible castle at Bouillon, watch a beaver completely unconcerned by the humans around him, discover the vineyards and half-timbered houses of Bernkastel, and explore the extraordinary Würzburg Residence. There are also a few less cultural highlights, including someone reversing into Dessie almost immediately, breaking the German supermarket bag rules, Daisy finding every available stick and body of water, Dave discovering possibly the best waffle he’s ever eaten, and us accidentally arriving in Würzburg in the middle of Stadtfest. Nearly 800 miles. Four countries. One slightly battered motorhome. And we're only just getting started. We know roughly where this journey is taking us, but we deliberately haven't planned every stop. We want the freedom to stay when we love somewhere, move on when we don't, follow recommendations, take unnecessary little side streets and see what we discover along the way. And neither of us has ever vlogged before, so you're learning with us!
