SCHOOLING the Competition with Wishiwashi - PTCGO (Post-Rotation)

Let's try out a new Wishiwashi deck in the post-rotation Evolving Skies format on PTCGO! The partners for Frosmoth up until now have largely been big hulking massive 3 prize Pokemon, but thanks to the recent Evolving Skies set it has a new partner that could not be more opposite. Wishiwashi is a new card that starts out with only a measly 30HP, but as you attach more Energy to it the card gains more HP and does more damage, making it a potentially decent budget option for players looking to dust off their Frosmoths.
