Gouache Painting Process | Arrietty Background

Hello! It's been more than a year since my last painting process upload. I painted and filmed this back in late 2016 for school, and finally got around to putting the video together in the past couple days. This is a render of a background that Kazuo Oga originally painted for the Studio Ghibli movie "The Secret World of Arrietty". The entire thing took me quite a while, 10 hours, if I had to put a number on it. tumblr →   / peiq   twitter →   / sqrtaro   Music: Journeys by Scott Buckley 20 by Seventeen (Instrumental by RYUSERALOVER) Homeward by Scott Buckley Reparateur by Scott Buckley Drift by Scott Buckley
