The Fire Has Not Consumed | Jesus Calls Me Near | A Worship Prayer on Holy Ground

God’s holiness does not erase the trembling person who turns aside; it calls them by name. In the burning bush, the branches remain green while the fire reveals a presence too holy to control and too merciful to flee. CHAPTERS 00:00 The Fire Has Not Consumed 03:48 Gates of Pearl 08:42 The Cup Has Room for Me 13:25 Dust Is Not the Final Word “The Fire Has Not Consumed” follows that sacred pause: sandals laid down, fear named before God, and an honest answer rising from the dust—Here I am. The song remembers the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, then brings the heart before Jesus, asking to become fully present before His unconsuming love. Jesus, meet us where we have been afraid to look. Teach us reverence without hiding, and let Your holy mercy make our hearts still enough to answer: Here I am.
