David Copperfield - Fires of Passion - Rope Escape

Fires of Passion is the 15th CBS Copperfield TV special, introduced from Caesars Palace. This rope escape is pretty cool and although often described as influenced by Houdini (of course), I can't help but think of Alan Alan who performed the same effect on an easier DC show. I really wish someone could produce a DVD boxset of specials. They contain impossibly great magic and although dated now, at the time, were simply the best filmed magic shows by miles.
