1997 Harley-Davidson Softail Revival – Part 2 | CV40 Carburetor Full Rebuild In Part 2 of the 1997 Harley Softail Revival, I completely rebuild the Harley-Davidson CV40 carburetor. I go through the carb step by step, replacing the old components with new parts I purchased from Harley-Davidson and getting the CV40 cleaned up, rebuilt and ready to go back on the bike. This bike has been sitting for years, so I’m working through it piece by piece to get it running properly and back on the road.
