Watch at normal speed for a relaxing, slow TV experience. To speed things up, tap the settings icon and change to 2x playback speed. The conditions were perfect on a warm, dry summer evening. In the final leg of the half marathon trail run, we start at Edale Cross. It's all down hill from here down the stony path to Kinder Low End, through the fields and into Hayfield. This is part 6 of 6 taking in a half marathon run around the quieter Northern edge of Kinder Scout taking in some of the stunning rock formations and cliffs of this part of the Peak District.
