(Thanks @Faux_Freedom ) Earn credits by gaining experience, leveling, or killing NPCs Spend credits to open card packs (2500 credits per pack) CAN only use items that you have a card for CAN only attack NPCs that you have a card for CAN speak to NPCs that you don't have a card for CANNOT attack NPCs that you don't have a card for Mistakes will happen, but will require a reasonable punish ment agreed upon by chat Quests require all required items to be unlocked. If an NPC fight occurs, must have that NPC unlocked if the card exists Content that doesn't have an associated card is assumed unlocked FOIL Cards unlocks: Foil cards are rare enough that they should be exciting, anticipated, and feel rewarding. Foil item unlocks all items including and BELOW that card tier (example: Foil mith axe also unlocks bronze-black axe, but not addy+) Foil boss unlocks all unique collection logs of that boss (example: Foil General Graardor unlocks all Bandos armor, Bandos hilt, shards) Foil items on a case by case basis unlock horizontally instead of vertically (Foil god d'hide shield unlocks other god d'hide shields, but not all tiers below)
