Israel braces for pivotal election - Watch Monday's ITV News at Ten

On the eve of an election in Israel which could have huge consequences far beyond its borders, deep divisions seem tonight to have opened up between the country's political and military leadership. Tomorrow the people of Israel go to the polls to decide between Benjamin Netanyahu, the current Prime Minister, and a former head of the Israeli Defence Forces, Gadi Eisenkot. Also on the programme: the family of the murdered student Henry Nowak says today's government announcement of an independent review into his death marks a significant moment in their fight for answers. The big clear-up after Storm Boelo; two died as high winds and heavy rain wreaked havoc in the North, with more bad weather forecast.
