Work through Question 7 from the 2023 Deferred Leaving Certificate Higher Level Applied Maths paper with me. In this oblique collisions question, we resolve the velocity into components, use conservation of momentum and Newton’s Law of Restitution along the line of impact, and find the velocities after the collision.
