Artist Susan G. Abbott talks about her Forest series work

Artist Susan G. Abbott talks about the inspiration for her Forest series of work. Work inspired by Canadian landscapes, and in particular the Boreal forest, which is important to preserve for all of humanity. Abbott talks about some of the specific pieces in the series, how she creates the work, and what the work means to her. These paintings include acrylics, mixed media works including collage, linotype (linocut) stamped elements, and papers made using gelli-plate printing techniques.
