FL-105 Declaration Under the Uniforma Child Custody Jurisdiction Enforcement Act

If you and the person you are divorcing have minor (under 18 years old) children with each other, then you have to fill out this form to file with your Petition or Response. The court can reject your filing if this form is not included.
