The Division 1 Playthrough - Part 3 - Agent JOAT

Agent JOAT originated in Boise, ID, with a team of agents. 4 tactical members and one commander. After securing the Treasure Valley, one of their own was corrupted by Agent Aaron Keener's idealogy and radicalized, causing the death of JOATs family. After tracking Agent Bonny to Seattle and neutralizing her, he was given a directive by SHD West's command to continue his work as a Marshal of The Division, recruiting others along the way. Here we find him in NYC in January of 2016. Outside of the story, this is Part 2 of my The Division 1 playthrough, where we complete some side missions, collect some things, and complete the first 3 main missions. I'm going to add timestamps for the various missions, encounters and intel along the way.
