King legacy PTERA IS Z TIER I TELL YA Z TIER

Please don’t take this video too seriously I was doing some trolling 😂 and yes I did lose a lot of bounty what can I say bounty hunters are not the same when they’re hungry but overall ptera is really good I would highly rank it in B + to A tier In My opinion because the fruit have high potential and a good gap closer but what mess the fruit up is is end lag and how long skils need to be cast as well as the x skill sometime just going through your opponent or sometimes justour right goes everywhere else but where you aim the skill and don’t get me started on the charge up C skill having end lag making it harder to combo extend off. if these things get were to get fix this fruit will be way stronger then dragon and probably even rumble v2 and we all know how strong rumble v2 is for PvP
