ITV News technical fault (May 2001)

The late-night ITV News Summary goes wrong and we're left looking at Owen Thomas but not hearing a thing he's saying - so they cut it off and go to a repeat of The Tonight Programme slightly ahead of schedule instead. I think this comes from the either 18th or 19th May 2001 (and we're dealing with a potential post-midnight situation just to add to the confusion), but please feel free to leave your best guess in the comment section.
