It rarely reads how a person is put together, the psychic structure underneath, and that is the risk I see most in my own practice. In this masterclass I introduce what structure is, why a psychedelic session challenges it, and why an intake form on its own can’t read it. I walk through the five areas to assess before a session, the moment when someone seems fine but something doesn’t settle, and how a reading leads to whether a person should proceed, wait, be referred, or not go further. This is for facilitators, therapists, clinicians, and retreat teams who screen or sit with people in psychedelic work, whether or not you come from a clinical background.
