Partridge Pond Falls - 1000ft Waterfall In - 2nd Highest In Newfoundland - DJI Avata 2 - 4K Flying my drone up and over Partridge Pond falls. Partridge Pond Falls is the 2nd highest waterfall in Newfoundland at approximately 1000ft high located in the Northern Peninsula back country in the Portland Creek / Parson's Pond area. First saw this waterfall back in June while hiking the Indian Lookout Trail ( part of the international appalachain trail) and camped on top of the falls on my first night on the trail. Decided to hike into the base of the falls and camp for the night. Some of the worst hiking I've ever done, really difficult terrain with no trail bushwhacking the whole way but worth it once I got into the base of the falls!
