The apartment belongs to two entrepreneurs in their forties. Its original pale-yellow fitted carpet is paired with a wood-framed red sofa, a yellow pendant light, walnut cabinetry, stainless-steel kitchen surfaces, contemporary art, and objects collected over time. In the shared study, a freestanding partition of fluted glass and pegboard gives each partner a private workspace without dividing the room completely. Even the small WC tells a personal story: its floral wallpaper was adapted from packaging created by the wife’s company.
