The Gekkabijin AIR TW is what I feel is an upgraded version of the Alphas AIR TW. Has way more bearings and feels even more smooth on the retrieve. It also has a new specialized spool specifically made for distance casting light lures with braided line. Although Daiwa says NOT to use any line besides PE (braid), I intend on testing the Gekkabijin AIR TW with monofilament line. Given how the braking profile is, I feel that the spool can cast mono just fine.
