Suman sa lihiya or Suman Bulagta is all time favorite kakanin in the Philippines.This kakanin also known as Suman sa Latik.Its made up of glutinous rice with lye water topped with creamy sweet coconut sauce. INGREDIENTS 4 cups glutinous rice 2 tsp lye water 1 tsp salt Banana leaves SAUCE 2 cups coconut cream ½ tsp salt 2 cups brown sugar Enjoy!!!!
