Brutal Cold Start International 1700 Loadstar

I was not planning on using this truck, but the plow on my pickup froze up. So I needed to get the old girl going. It was -5 F and all that was plugged in was a trickle charger. Watching the video back I realize that I let it turn over for longer than I should, but I did give it breaks. After making this video and talking to my Dad, (his truck) I learned that the reason it was so hard to start was because I was flooding it with too much choke. He even said you never should have to pump the gas on it to get it started. Live and learn.
