Relationships can be one of life’s greatest gifts, but they can also reveal parts of ourselves we didn’t know needed God’s attention. Sometimes it’s easier to see what the other person needs to change than to ask God what He may be trying to show us about ourselves. I’m O, and here at Meet God Right Here, we have just one rule—come as you are. Today, we’re praying for our marriages and relationships—for better communication, healing, accountability, forgiveness, emotional safety, and the wisdom to love the person in front of us, not simply the person we expected them to become. Colossians 3:12–14 reminds us to approach one another with kindness, humility, patience, forgiveness, and above all, love. Before we ask God to change the person we love, may we have the humility to let Him change us too. Five minutes. Real life. Real prayer. Every morning.
