🇵🇭Farmers Market Trip-I Bought It All…Then Gave It Away! ❤️🇵🇭

🇵🇭 *A Day in Cubao, Philippines 🇵🇭 | Farmers Market, Jollibee & Two Acts of Kindness ❤️* Join me as I take the train to Cubao, Quezon City, for a day of exploring local markets, discovering Filipino food, and experiencing something that reminded me what life is really all about. ❤️🇵🇭 My day begins with a visit to **Cubao Farmers Market**, where I take a quick look around before crossing the street to explore **Farmers Garden**, a lovely spot filled with flowers, plants, and greenery. 🌺🌿 But this day turns into something much more meaningful than just another city adventure! While walking near Cyberpark 2, I come across an elderly Filipina street vendor selling homemade food. I stop to ask her if she'd be happy for me to purchase some of her empanadas and cassava cakes so I can give them away to people passing by. She agrees, and that's exactly what we do! 🥟🍰 It was a simple way to put smiles on people's faces while also supporting a local small business. Seeing people appreciate the unexpected food was a lovely moment, and it reminded me that sometimes the smallest gestures can make someone's day a little brighter. Then, another unexpected encounter touches my heart. I notice a man sitting on the sidewalk who appears to be struggling. When I stop to check if he's alright, he explains that he's trying to get to the hospital to visit his pregnant wife but doesn't have enough money for the jeepney fare. I ask him if he'd like some help, and I give him money for his transportation and something to eat. 🙏❤️ These were two completely spontaneous acts of kindness. I didn't set out that morning planning to do any of this, but sometimes life gives us opportunities to make a difference when we least expect them. As I say in the vlog, we should be kind to one another, love one another, and treat others the way we would want to be treated. We never truly know what someone else might be going through, and a little compassion can go a long way. After these memorable encounters, I continue exploring Cubao before deciding to try a Jollibee burger that I'd heard people talking about. 🍔🇵🇭 I finish the day by catching the train back home, reflecting on an ordinary day that turned into something rather special. *❤️ A LITTLE KINDNESS CAN GO A LONG WAY.* You don't have to be rich to help someone. You don't have to plan a grand gesture. Sometimes, buying food for a stranger, supporting a small vendor, or simply stopping to ask someone if they're okay is enough to make a difference.
