CREATIVITY & SENSUALITY ⟡ Sound Bath x Affirmations ⟡ 417Hz Sacral Chakra Frequency

Welcome divine one, this is pt. 2 of my Chakra Balance Series. 🤍 In this session we focus on the Sacral Chakra. It is the second of our seven main energy centers and it is responsible for our creative drive and our ability to flow with life. An imbalance here might feel like emotional numbness, creative blocks, mood swings or codependency in relationships. Trough the soothing sounds of my 417 hz crystal bowl, vocal melodies and spoken affirmations, we bring your sacral chakra back into a flow state of harmony, so you may be able to feel & create freely and receive abundance in all forms. I recorded this video in the beautiful forest near to where I live, so the session is also accompanied by the creek and our sweet bird friends, singing their melodies for us. May this sound healing session bring you peace and balance. What is also really helpful in addition to these frequencies is to dance freely, to bring the life force inside of you into movement and shake aaall of that stuck energy out.
