Life Far from Civilization | Giant Wild Blackberries Turned into Jam, Cake & Compote

Today I want to take you with me into one of my favorite places in nature. We walked through a peaceful forest to a beautiful lake surrounded by green trees, where we picked fresh wild blackberries growing naturally. The scenery was so calm and breathtaking that every moment felt like a gift from nature. After filling our baskets with these delicious wild berries, we returned to our village home, where there is no electricity and no gas. Just like our ancestors, we cooked everything over a traditional wood fire in the open air, under the shade of the trees. Using the freshly picked blackberries, I prepared homemade blackberry jam, a refreshing blackberry compote for winter, and a soft, delicious blackberry cake. Everything was made with simple ingredients, fresh air, and lots of love. For me, village life is not about luxury. It is about living close to nature, enjoying peaceful moments, and sharing homemade food with the people I love. At the end of the day, my grandchildren came to enjoy the fresh blackberry treats together. Their smiles and happiness made all the hard work worthwhile.
