Leaving Burgos, I lengthened my original route to Belorado, this was a great decision as I met Victoria from Denmark, we became walking companions and friends. Spending our days together walking at a similar space, sometimes chatting, sometimes walking in silence, we laughed a lot. Unfortunately she returned home when we reached Sahagun. I was sad to walk away from her, thinking I would be on my own, I arrived at Bercianos and found lots of people I knew, we shared a meal together at the Albergue. I would see these pilgrims daily as I continue my Camino journey #pilgrimage #solohiking
