Carving a Capital: Part II - asmr

This capital is for the high altar at St. Bernadette's in Lancaster, Ohio. It matches the columns on the tabernacle and the altarpiece. Part II shows the process of carving the Eucharistic Symbols on the capital. Wheat and grapes have been utilized on the columns for the tabernacle, the altarpiece, and now on the altar itself. None of them are the same size or the same design, but they all share some combination of grapes and wheat.
