Sugel Michelén (MTS) is senior pastor of Iglesia Biblica del Señor Jesucristo in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He is regarded as one of the best preachers in Latin America, and has authored several books. Sugel and his wife, Gloria, have three children.
