Eddie talks tandem trikes: Sky Engines Zeus 300

Eddie talks about their training location and how two engines performance is different and what each can be used for. . Eddie and Conor currently have 370+ hours on their first Vittorazi Cosmos 300 and another 65+ hours on the second Cosmos 300 which speaks to the reliability and confidence the instructors have in this motor. It has been an absolute workhorse! . Once Barefoot Flyers started training more consistently and picking up heavier students they realized that the restricted field space and the 36HP motor would no longer be a safe option for them to use for the clients they were teaching. . They were not excited about upgrading to a heavier trike or a heavier motor which is where the Zeus 300 from Sky Engines came into conversation. It is a light weight, dual piston, 44 HP engine came into play allowing for quick takeoffs in tight locations. .
