HOW TO MAKE SINULOG HEADDRESS? DIY HEADDRESS FOR SINULOG 2022

In this video I will be showing you my DIY SINULOG Head Dress that I use on Fatima Villaverde Sinulog Festival 2022 on January 16th. I used materials available at home like box, stick broom, bond paper and I bought Japanese paper and red glossy paper, same with stick glue, Elmer's Glue. This DIY Head Dress takes 8hours to make for first timer like me in making it.
