Final 3 Ship-to-Shore cranes arrive at APM Terminals MedPort Tangier

The 12 remote-controlled super post-Panamax cranes are the world’s largest double trolley Ship-to-Shore (STS) cranes, weighing 2,500 metric tons, a height of 144 meters when boomed up, and an outreach of 72 meters with twin-lift/tandem lift capability. The remote-controlled cranes will provide the fastest, safest and most efficient loading and unloading services to the newest Ultra-Large Container Ships (ULCS) with capacities of more than 22,000 TEU.
